  • Online wellbeing support accessed by almost 400 unique users
  • 46 employees have volunteered a total of 312 hours though Danske’s Time to Give volunteering programme
  • 4 times more employees voluntarily participating study for professional qualifications than over the same period last year
  • “As a responsible business, our commitment to Employee Wellbeing is a key strand of our Employee Engagement strategy. We recognise the impact that effective and holistic wellbeing programmes can have on improving employee engagement, attracting and retaining talent, productivity and on absence levels. Our approach to Employee Wellbeing is integrated with key elements of our HR strategy and is central to our charity partnership with Action Mental Health. Through our partnership with the charity, we not only fundraise and volunteer but are working together on initiatives to positively impact on the wellbeing of our employees.”
