Claire Gordon
Claire oversees all community activity which falls under our Place theme. She leads a strong, highly-skilled team to impact on two key themes: raising the aspirations and achievements of children and young people in schools and regenerating the most deprived areas in NI with a focus on employer-supported volunteering. Our community programmes help to broker meaningful links between businesses and voluntary and community organisations, social enterprises and disadvantaged groups, facilitating access to skills and support to bring about positive change.
Claire is also a relationship manager for a range of Business in the Community member companies to help them effectively plan and implement impactful CR efforts. Claire has more than 15 years’ experience working locally, regionally and internationally on community development projects with the public, private and third sectors.
