As part of Bank of Ireland’s Senior Management team, Kerry heads up Culture and Engagement for the UK, having previously worked in HR within Senior Management teams in the Security and Catering industries.
Kerry is passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, Engagement, and Employee Wellbeing and their vital impact on driving effective organisational cultures, leadership and commercial performance.
