HR Manager, firmus energy
Olga started her HR career back in 2002 at administrator level and worked her way up to Human Resources Manager responsible for managing the entire HR life-cycle in a fast-paced tech environment. Olga has presented at many tech events and has conducted TV and radio interviews as well as producing internal and external promotional videos to promote the employer brand.
After leaving the software sector Olga moved to Phoenix Natural Gas in the utilities sector and now works for firmus energy as their HR Manager, again responsible for providing a strategic HR function to the organisation.
Olga is a CIPD member, has a BA Hons in Sociology, a Post Graduate level Diploma in Human Resource Management and also holds a NEBOSH certificate in Health & Safety Management.
Olga is a voluntary content writer for employment law specialists, Legal Island, and writes regular features for their online ‘HR Updates’ feature. Olga has two lively children; Lucca and Lilyrose and lives in Ballyrobert with her husband Gavin. Her favourite hobby is a good book, cuppa and a bar of chocolate – the perfect combination!
