As Education Manager for Business in the Community, Emma oversees a wide range of educational initiatives designed to raise the aspirations and achievements of children and young people in Northern Ireland. She has responsibility for a number of our flagship programmes including Business Class, Time to Read, Time to Code, Work Inspiration and Aiming Higher. Emma is also a facilitator for Lifeskills created with Barclays, a programme designed to empower young people by giving them access to vital employability skills in a classroom setting.
