Age

Northern Ireland is at the beginning of a significant demographic change along with the rest of the UK. Lower birth rates mean that less people are entering the workplace, while a rise in retirement age and improved healthcare is resulting in people living and working longer.

Diversity is good for business. It’s also the right thing to do – barriers to women’s progress in the workplace must be tackled if every individual is to have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
