Chief People Officer, Ulster University
Damian McAlister is the Chief People Officer at Ulster University having taken up the role in December 2020; Damian was previously the Director of People and Culture with the University which he joined in February 2018.
Prior to this, Damian was the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust and was in post from August 2014 to January 2018. Prior to this Damian was the Human Resources Director for the Northern Health and Social Care Trust , worked as a Co-Director within HR in the Belfast Trust and spent 18 years working within the NI Civil Service in a number of Government Departments.
