Senior Head of Operations, The Prince’s Trust Northern Ireland
Aoife has worked at The Prince’s Trust for the past 14 years where she is committed to supporting young people realise their potential.
As Senior Head of Operations she is responsible for the delivery of programmes that help young people build their soft skills through personal development and support them to secure jobs or become self-employed.
The Prince’s Trust Northern Ireland helps young people aged 11-30 to develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive in education, training, employment or self-employment. Last year The Trust supported 9,095 young people locally, with more than 80% of participants progressing towards their goals in education, employment and training.
Aoife has over 20 years operations leadership experience from the private, public and voluntary sector. Prior to joining The Trust she worked for a global consultancy firm where she was Operations Lead overseeing worldwide corporate training projects with clients including Reuters, Caterpillar and Red Bull, as well as government initiatives.
