Daniela is a development professional with six years of experience leading local initiatives in La Araucanía, Chile. She has supported young entrepreneurs to create solutions for local environmental challenges and was a judge for the first open innovation Sustainability Challenge in the region (Glocal 2022). Her recent venture involves the establishment of an non-governmental organisation (NGO) aimed at promoting female leadership in the region. With a membership of over 100, this NGO focuses on education, visibility, and networking.
Currently, Daniela is pursuing a Master’s in Leadership for Sustainable Development at Queen’s University Belfast and is a recipient of the prestigious Chevening and Mansion House Scholarships (2022-2023), supported by the UK government and the City of London Corporation.
