Julie is an active STEM Ambassador, Digital Consultant and Tech Enthusiast, with over 15 years experience in the technology, training and recruitment industry. She provides expert advice on careers, business growth and digital transformation to community organisations, SME’s and larger corporate partners such as Google, NI Cyber Security Centre, Aware NI and the Innovation Factory.
Julie plays a critical role in support of both internal and external clients, reimagining and reshaping the provision of their business transformation. This includes staff and business processes such as recruitment, training, digital capability, data and technology products and resetting divisional culture that places people at the heart of operations and delivery.
Julie supports our Still Ready for Work Programme and is passionate about bridging the digital skills gap within our communities and businesses. Her efforts are also concentrated on reducing the socioeconomic and gender divide within the UK labour market.
