Katrina Duddy

Head of Energy Management in the Department for the Economy

Katrina Duddy, Head of Energy Management in the Department for the Economy since 2022.

She leads on the delivery of the Energy Management Strategy & Action Plan for Central Government and the delivery of the Energy Efficiency Capital Grant Scheme for Businesses. She also leads on engagement with DfE Climate Change Team and NI Government Departments, (including the UK Government & other Devolved Administrations) on setting and delivering Net Zero policy and procedures for the NI Public Buildings Sector.

With a Master’s in Public Administration, Katrina has held a variety of roles for over 24 years across the Public Sector. Having previously working in the NIHE and the NI Public Services Ombudsman, Katrina has extensive experience in the development, delivery and implementation of policy and legislation across various Public Sector Bodies including the Education, Housing, Health and Justice Sectors.
