Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Lead at Invest NI
Paddy Robb is the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Lead at Invest NI. In this role, he is responsible for integrating ESG principles and sustainable business practices into the organisation’s strategies and operations.
Paddy has been instrumental in developing the organisation’s approach to sustainability and leads it’s Public Body Reporting Requirements under the Climate Change Act. Paddy is passionate about social inclusion, focusing on under-representation and promoting initiatives such as the Living Wage, emphasising benefits for businesses and employees alike.
Previously Paddy was Head of Organisational Development at Accenture and Bank of Ireland. He is a Chartered Member of CIPD (MCIPD) and holds an MSc in Business Improvement from Ulster University.
