Owner, At One Wellbeing

Siobhan Kearney has worked in the area of mental health and wellbeing for over ten years. She was CEO of the mental health charity AWARE and left the organisation to set up her own business, AT ONE WELLBEING. The company delivers a range of solutions to corporate, statutory and community and voluntary sector clients providing coaching and mentoring to senior leaders, design and delivery of bespoke wellbeing programmes and consultancy services on a range of business areas. Siobhan has also developed programmes on the impact the menopause has on wellbeing and works in partnership with BITCNI to deliver programmes to corporate clients.

Outside of her work Siobhan enjoys canoeing and is a member of her local Paddling Club. She also enjoys amateur dramatics and is part of the cast with Off The Cuff Drama Group. Recently Siobhan has completed her Walk Leader training and has plans in place to deliver local community based walks for women who are menopausal, as a way to increase their physical activity and have an opportunity to talk about their experiences of the menopause.
