Gender Equality Director, Business in the Community UK
She is responsible for leading key research projects on gender equality in the workplace and engages in high-level consultations with key business leaders and policy-makers to drive change for women and men at work.
Last year, she managed Same But Different, a groundbreaking photography exhibition which illustrated the concept of intersectionality and shone a light on the diversity of women in work. This year, she will lead on Equal Lives, a project that aims to support men with their caring responsibilities at home to unleash the potential of women at work.
Prior to her role, Chloe worked on programmes to prevent violence against women and girls with the United Nations in Fiji and created a social enterprise for survivors of violence in a local NGO in Thailand. She holds a MSc in Social Anthropology (LSE) and a MA in International Development and Conflict Resolution, both with distinction.
Passionate about unlocking everyone’s potential and promoting wellbeing in the workplace, she was recently certified as a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor and has been chairing the wellbeing employee network in her company for the last two years. This year, she plans on doing a yoga teacher training to deepen her practice and help others find balance and strength.
