Group Wellbeing Manager, GRAHAM Construction

Davy is responsible for all aspects of wellbeing for 2,500+ GRAHAM staff, their families and approx. 12,000 supply chain employees across various offices and sites across the length and breadth of the UK.

2023 was an extremely successful year for GRAHAM Wellbeing. GRAHAM’s was the first company to retain and be awarded the IIP Wellbeing at Work Platinum Accreditation. It won several national and regional awards for Wellbeing including the BITCNI’s Wellbeing at Work award, Considerate Constructors Leading Lights Wellbeing awards and the NISG/IOSH Healthiest Place to Work award.

Davy previously led a team of Health and Wellbeing caseworkers and Outreach caseworkers for WAVE Trauma Centres across Northern Ireland and beyond providing Mental health and Wellbeing support for those affected by the Conflict in Northern Ireland. Before WAVE, Davy worked in the AD:EPT 2 service for the NI Prison Service as a Forensic addiction specialist across the entire prison estate delivering addiction services to offenders and their families whilst in custody and after release into the community.

He also served with the British Army as an Infantry Soldier in the UK and across the Globe in Peacetime and War. This is where his wellbeing journey began, as he discovered his passion for working to improve the wellbeing of others. Davy is a father to three daughters and partner to Jude. In his spare time he runs, goes to the Gym, enjoys hillwalking, travelling and socialising with friends.
