    This breakout session will focus on the importance of physical wellbeing and how it impacts on mental health. Our guest speakers from two NI based companies, Encirc and GRAHAM Construction, will provide best practice examples of how their organisations have embedded a focus on physical wellbeing into health and wellbeing policies, and outline how important this has been for engaging and connecting colleagues and building relationships at work, at a time when staff may have been working remotely or furloughed.

It will be delivered by Laura Hourican, Vice President Human Resources at FirstSource and Shelly Wilson, AMH Works Manager at Action Mental Health. We will look at how companies can utilize their EAP. Laura will talk about Firstsource and their EAP provider, and how they worked together to adapt their offer to staff across UK, India & USA (tailoring the approach to the different countries & cultures).
