Head of Communications and Engagement, Arthur Cox
Arthur Cox is one of Northern Ireland’s premium corporate law firms. Hilary joined in 2024 to manage the communications functions of the firm including business development, public affairs, media relations, corporate responsibility strategy, internal communications, social media and reputation.
After studying at Queen’s University Belfast, Ulster University and Henley Business School, Hilary pursued a career working in multinational organisations. She has extensive experience developing and implementing target-driven strategies across all marketing disciplines in the agri-food, retail and telecoms sectors. Hilary has gained a well-rounded understanding of the business landscape and is known for delivering focused, integrated and innovative programmes.
Having worked in Manchester and Dublin, Hilary returned to Northern Ireland, settled in Belfast and is mum to two teenagers.
