Laura is a senior member of the Leadership team at Firstsource Solutions for the past 15 years. Prior to that she has work in various industries including retail, hospitality and financial services. Laura has over 23 years management experience with 17 specialising in Human Resources.
She is responsible for setting the strategic direction on all people practices across 7 delivery centres in the UK, employing 5000+ employees. She has vast experience in employee relations, TUPE, resourcing, performance management, corporate social responsibility and employee wellbeing. Over the past number of years Laura has gained Investor in People Gold accreditation for the UK and Sliver CORE Accreditation (Responsible Business Framework) through Business in the Community.
Laura is FCIPD and holds a BA Hons degree in Business Administration, in addition to post graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Employment Law.
