Director of Employee Experience – People and Culture at Ulster University
Mark Latuske is the Director of Employee Experience – People and Culture at Ulster University, overseeing the institution’s focus on the ‘employee experience’. Mark took up the role in May 2018.
Prior to this, Mark was a People Change and Leadership Development consultant, working for consultancy firms Accenture and Capgemini, and then operating for a longer period on a self-employed basis. As a consultant he worked on a range of people-related projects across a diverse number of sectors primarily Financial Services but also including Education, Health, and Telecomms.
