Stephany McConnell, Head of Workplace, Business in the Community
Stephany joined BITC in 2021 and leads the Workplace Team on the strategic development, management and implementation of Business in the Community’s Workplace campaign in Northern Ireland. The team focuses on Wellbeing, Diversity and Inclusion programmes and activities.
Stephany is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with 20 years of HR experience gained working in global companies within the legal, professional services, and production and distribution sector. Stephany is an experienced HR Manager, specialising in HR project implementation, with experience in HR Shared Services, Total Reward and HR Generalist roles.
Outside of work, Stephany enjoys spending quality time with her family and is currently studying an introductory course in British Sign Language.
