Paula Graham joins this year’s judging panel hot on the heels of NI Water’s phenomenal win last year in the Wellbeing at Work category. As a Senior HR Leader, Paula leads a number of NI Water’s HR teams and is responsible for driving the organisation’s corporate wellness strategy along with a wide range of other culture, engagement, learning and entry level strategies that support NI Water’s ambitions to be a great place to work. Paula joined NI Water close to three years ago having previously worked in the global I.T. sector for 18 years, leading multiple HR teams in a variety of strategic HR roles during which time she lead a diverse range of multi award winning strategic programs in areas including talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development and corporate wellness.
Paula holds a Masters Degree (MBS) in Human Resources Management from the University of Limerick and a BA Hons Degree in Business Studies from Ulster University and is also a chartered member of CIPD.
