In partnership with Danske Bank, our new Diversity and Inclusion series considers topical issues around diversity and explores how employers can work to create a more inclusive workplace.
35% who identify as LGBTQ have hidden their true selves for fear of discrimination*, and one in five of LGBTQ have been the target of negative comments from work colleagues**.
The third webinar of this series, action for LGBTQ inclusion in the workplace is aimed at HR Managers, Senior Managers and the LGBTQ community. We will be joined by Marcus Hunter Neill, Executive and Lifestyle Coach, TED Speaker and an LGBTQ Advocate and Founder of U-Can Network, and a representative from Danske Bank, an organisation that is taking action to ensure LGBTQ identifying people are and feel included in the workplace.
At this webinar you’ll learn more about:
- Some of the issues that affect people who identify as LGBTQ in the workplace
- Why businesses need to address homophobia in the workplace
- How employers can take action to ensure their LGBTQ employees feel able to be authentic and bring their whole self to work
