From Learning to Action – Co-Designing Life Stage-Inclusive Workplaces

This final workshop brings together all learning from the previous sessions and focuses on turning insight into action.

Building on an understanding of age inclusion and the life stage approach, participants will work collaboratively to design practical, organisation-specific actions that can be taken forward.

To make the most of this session it will be important to have completed two activities as preparation:

• Age inclusive business review
• Focus group activity
