How are organisations bringing employees back to the workplace after the pandemic?
As businesses begin to re-open their physical workplaces, employers are faced with the task of successfully transitioning employees back into the office. Work environments won’t look the same as they once did and employees need time to acclimatise to working in the office again.
This event will consist of four member organisations sharing their strategy/ plans/ ideas on transitioning back to the physical workplace. The aim of the webinar is to share best practice and helpful business models. Participants will hear how businesses are bringing their people back, the components to be considered and the challenges faced.
