Business in the Community’s Environment Symposium is a morning of two events that will bring NI businesses together to explore complex issues around environment and climate action. A unique opportunity for networking and peer learning.

The events will take place on 17 November 2022, at the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park. A 30-minute guided stadium tour is available to 50 attendees, following the final event of the .

NI Environmental Benchmarking Survey Results Launch | 9:15 am – 11:15 am

Has your organisation taken part in the 2022 NI Environmental Benchmarking Survey? Join us at this Results Launch event to find out how your organisation has performed, to learn more about environment trends from the past year, to hear from guest speakers taking positive action for the planet, and to find out the winner of the 2022 Top Performing Businesses and George Dawson Award.

Tea, coffee and light bites will be available following the event, and there will be an opportunity for photographs.

CRF Climate Action Programme Celebration Event | 10:45 am – 12:30 pm

A celebration event marking the successful completion of the Community Renewal Fund Climate Action Programme which has been supporting SMEs across Northern Ireland to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions, with the aim of signing Business in the Community’s Climate Action Pledge.

At this event we’ll hear more from organisations involved, get an overview of the outcomes of the Programme, and attendees will have the opportunity to network with others and have an official Climate Action Pledge photo taken.

Tea, coffee and light bites will be provided before the event.

30-minute Guided Stadium Tour | 12:30 pm – 1:00 pm

A guided tour around the National Football Stadium at Windsor Park.  You’ll learn about the unique story of Northern Irish football from the 1880s to the present day.

Please note that the Stadium Tour is limited to 50 attendees.
