Exclusively for Business in the Community members, we are delighted to offer a new series of online wellbeing sessions that aim to empower and educate individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices and promote the benefits of having a healthy heart and healthy mind.

Over 45 minutes, this session will give attendees the knowledge and tools to better handle stress, both inside and outside of work.

  • Managing stress and coping methods
