In this session we will uncover the science behind our ‘happiness’ and gain a better understanding of addiction and our behaviours.
Over 45 minutes, this session will help attendees uncover the underlying mechanisms of dopamine, how it is the main link in addictive behaviours, and what we can do to change our behaviours for the better
The session will cover:
- What is dopamine?
- Why do we depend so much on dopamine?
- What are addictive behaviours and how do behaviours become addictive?
- What can we do about addictive bahaviours
- Maintaining balance and happiness
