Mental Health Matters: Practical Tools for Busy People

Delivered by a health and wellbeing expert, this online session aims to provide employees with evidence-based strategies to support mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and create more mindful, balanced daily routines even with a busy lifestyle.

Over 45 minutes, this session will cover:

  • The science behind mental wellbeing
  • Self-checking your own mental health
  • Tools that work (and why): breathwork, movement, connection, nutrition and more
  • Micro-moments and reducing screen time
  • Supplements: can any improve mental health?
  • Take 5 and the science

This session will take place on Teams. Attendees will be emailed a secure link to join prior to the session. The link will be sent to the email that you register with, so please ensure you type it in correctly.
