The Healthy Working Lives Conference is back in 2023.

Northern Ireland’s biggest workplace wellbeing event attracts 150+ HR professionals and operational managers to network and explore the challenges and opportunities facing their business in creating a positive and healthy workplace.

Our theme of promoting wellbeing using a human-centred approach aims to inspire business leaders to cultivate a culture that revolves around its people and considers their specific needs.

The conference will bring together expert speakers and more than 150 key business representatives, from HR to managers, to discover how businesses can embed a human-centred approach into their organisation’s culture.
