In partnership with Diversity Mark, we are thrilled to announce a new series of monthly online sessions that aim to support businesses in creating more diverse and inclusive workplaces.

By sharing best practice and raising awareness, we will explore a variety of themes including race, age, gender, and social mobility, and examine how these themes intersect.

This session will delve into the business rationale behind employee resource groups, demonstrating their role in forging a more unified and robust organisation. We will discuss the concrete advantages they offer, ranging from boosting employee contentment and retention to fostering innovation and bolstering organisational performance.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from a business on their experience and there will also be an open discussion and Q&A.
