Introduction to Having Effective Wellbeing Conversations at Work

This Wellbeing & Inclusion Advisory Service Taster Session is for leaders, managers, supervisors or staff with management responsibilities who wish to gain the skills and competence to bring regular, supportive, wellbeing one-to-one conversations to their team.

Over 45 minutes we will help attendees to understand what a wellbeing conversation is and when it may be appropriate to initiate one, and we will provide additional recommendations to develop the knowledge and skills needed to have safe and compassionate conversations about various aspects of employee wellbeing.

The Taster Session aims to provide an overview of what is available to Business in the Community member organisations as part of our Wellbeing & Inclusion Advisory Service. There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the session.
