This session will focus on the everyday choices we make to follow a healthy diet; and how they can significantly contribute towards building a healthy immune system, reducing your risk of disease and supporting your physical health and resilience throughout life.
Led by Sandra Gordon, Senior Cancer Prevention Office at Cancer Focus NI, we will discuss the importance of good nutrition in sustaining a healthier lifestyle.
Sandra co-ordinates and supports the delivery of the Cancer Prevention Keeping Well Services across NI. Cancer Focus Northern Ireland is a local cancer charity working since 1969 to reduce the impact of cancer on people’s lives – celebrating 50 years in operation this year.
