Did you know that working parents or legal guardians with a household income of up to £200,000 could be entitled to financial support towards their childcare costs? With the increase in interest rates and the high cost-of-living, now is the time to find out more about what support could be available for you or those you line manage.

At this Link & Learn session – exclusively for Business in the Community members – we’ll be joined by a Family Benefits Advisor from social enterprise and NI-based charity Employers For Childcare. Attendees will learn about the financial support that’s available for working parents towards the cost of registered childcare, as well as other financial support that families may be entitled to.

During the session, parents will be signposted towards helpful services such as Employer for Childcare’s Family Benefits Advice Service, for confidential, personalised advice, specific to their household circumstances. Information and advice will be provided on all forms of support towards registered childcare, eg Tax-Free Childcare, Universal Credit, Tax Credits and Childcare Vouchers, as well as other financial support that may depend on household circumstances, for example, if a member of the family has a disability.

How it works

This session will take place on Zoom. Attendees will be emailed a secure link to join following registration.
