Mood Matters in the Workplace with Aware NI

It is estimated that the overall prevalence of mental health conditions in Northern Ireland is up to 25% higher compared to England, costing over £3.5 billion per year. This session will help participants to look after their mental health at work and in their home lives. It will look at how to reduce the stigma by increasing understanding and raising awareness of depression to all staff, encouraging a culture of understanding and  how to recognise the signs and symptoms of poor mental health; and signpost to sources of help.

This session can be tailored to suit the needs of individual employers.
