Led by a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, it will identify and demonstrate practical approaches to enhance emotional resilience so that you are better able to cope with stress. A sports massage therapist will provide insight on the link between muscular tension and headaches and will provide information on self-care in order to reduce and prevent tension headaches. A number of videos and practical resources will be used throughout the session including a five minute mindfulness exercise and 11 minutes of progressive muscular relation.
