Exclusively for Business in the Community members, this session aims to inspire and support care-givers to take practical steps to look after their own personal wellbeing so that they can provide the best care for their loved ones.

  • The 5 pillars of health for carers
  • Spotting signs of burnout
  • Creating healthy boundaries
  • Nutrition & supplement advice for carers to prevent burnout
  • Building self-compassion and looking after your mental health
  • Signposting to sources of support including carers allowance
