Delivered by a registered Dietitian this session will focus on foods, nutrients and nutritional strategies that can help mitigate symptoms and health risks of the menopause.

The session will look at how the food we eat can help to manage symptoms of the menopause and how to make long-lasting nutrition and behaviour changes to support your health and wellbeing.
