This four-week series of one-hour sessions will focus on key concepts such as self-reflection, goal setting, self-help and lifelong learning as components of establishing and growing confidence and self-esteem.

This four-week series of one-hour sessions will focus on key concepts such as self-reflection, goal setting, self-help and lifelong learning as components of establishing and growing confidence and self-esteem.

The series will help attendees to:

  • Gain a unique understanding of confidence and self-esteem, learning more about what has a negative impact and how you can grow in these areas
  • Focus on how to use confidence to influence people and their perceptions of you
  • Consider the power of emotion and how to utilise positive emotions in order to raise your energy
  • Evolve your knowledge of the strategies used to build confidence and how to ensure you don’t fall back into ‘bad habits’ that have a negative impact

Attendees should register for the series but are not required to join all sessions.

This series is part of the #RETHINK programme and sessions are facilitated by training provider Utopian Learning.
