Please note, this event is only for organisations that have completed the Take 5 Workplace Accreditation.

This event will showcase case-studies of good practice, sharing learning as well as rewarding and recognising the success of the organisations on completing their Take 5 Accreditation.

Participating organisations will also find out the level they have achieved and have the opportunity to get photographs taken with representatives from Business in the Community and Northern Health & Social Care Trust.

The Take 5 Accreditation is based on the 5 Steps to Wellbeing and supported a sample of 11 workplaces to strategically implement the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing into their health and wellbeing action plan through the following steps:

• Completing Take 5 Ambassador training
• Developing a Take 5 Wellbeing action plan
• Providing evidence of Take 5 actions
• Attending quarterly Take 5 networking events
• Committing to the Take 5 pledge and process

By completing the Take 5 Accreditation, these organisations are publicly demonstrating their commitment to the wellbeing of their employees; and being responsible and transparent. The process and results allow organisations to examine and reflect on their wellbeing performance to benchmark themselves against others and to drive improvements.
