Exclusively for Business in the Community members we are delighted to offer two new Link and Learn sessions aimed at giving your employees the tools to look after their health and wellbeing.

Depression and anxiety disorders are the most common mental illnesses in the workplace. As most of those experiencing mental health problems are in active employment, the workplace has a vital role to play in promoting mental health awareness and resilience.
Facilitated by mental health charity, AWARE this session will teach skills and techniques to look after your metal health, manage your feelings when you are stressed, worried or depressed and help you cope with the challenges in the workplace and in your home life.

- Mental health at work
- Signs symptoms of stress and depression
- Looking after our mental health
- Sources of help
