How it works
Exclusively for Business in the Community members Link & Learns are bite-sized, topical learning sessions that aim give your employees the tools to look after their own health and wellbeing.
Normally Link & Learns are offered as webinars for individuals from a range of organisations to join, however this Link & Learn is being offered to individual businesses as a bespoke session for your organisation.
You can arrange for a ‘Planning for later life’ Link & Learn session to take place online during February, for your employees to attend. Please register your interest for this via the Book Now button. Following registration, we will share your details with the session facilitator Rosie Smyth, Life & Work Coordinator, Age NI, who will contact you to confirm a date and time.
Rosie will deliver a bespoke two-hour online group session to your business, designed to help prepare your staff for later life, and will cover the following:
- Understanding your private and state pension
- Budgeting and legal issues
- The impact of a sedentary lifestyle
- Managing your mental health during COVID-19
- Practical tips to manage stress
Age NI is the leading charity in Northern Ireland dedicated to helping everyone make the most of later life. We believe in a world where everyone can love later life and we work every day to achieve this.
