Employee Health is at the heart of Re-Gen Waste
Newry-based, Re-Gen Waste, has recently embarked on an in-depth CPR and Defibrillation training for thirty members of staff, meaning over twenty percent of staff have the skills to potentially save a life. Following the training, the company invested in two defibrillators for its recycling sites. Re-Gen Waste places a high value on looking after the health and safety of all its employees.
Joseph Doherty, Managing Director outlined the reason behind the training investment:
“We feel it is important for the company and the employees that a Defibrillator is on the premises to be used when required. It is small investment which could reap massive benefits if the needs arise”.
