Our annual conference, delivered in March, in partnership with the Public Health Agency. With a new focus each year, this is an opportunity to network with 100+ HR delegates, hear from best-practice speakers, network with peers and visit topical exhibition stands.

The focus for 2018 is Inclusion at Work

Inclusivity at work is about achieving a state of being valued, respected and supported. A truly inclusive workplace focusses on the needs of every individual and ensures the right conditions are in place for each person to achieve his or her full potential. Diversity is about your mix of people, but inclusion is about how well your mix of people work together.

Business in the Community is delighted to be working in partnership with the Public Health Agency to deliver our annual ‘Healthy Working Lives’ conference, and the 2018 event seeks to explore Inclusion at Work.

Join us at Girdwood Community Hub, Belfast, on Thursday 15 March from 8.45am – 2pm to hear from best-practice organisations and key note addresses including Meg Horsburgh, Head of Diversity and inclusion, UK and Ireland, Sodexo and Lizzie Townsend, Occupational Psychologist and diversity specialist at Pearn Kandola.
