Encirc has been committed to offering cost-effective and efficient glass manufacture, bottling and logistics solutions for more than a decade to help food and beverage producers, merchants and importers reduce the environmental impact of their supply chain. To achieve this, Encirc has implemented a comprehensive sustainability strategy to engage everyone in the business to reduce environmental footprint through the adoption of a strategic framework encompassing all elements of the business namely; people, planet and place.
In recent years, the company has developed its unique integrated group offering, which includes glass packaging production, beverage filling, access to Europe’s largest bonded warehouse, and logistics services. This enables Encirc to significantly shorten the supply chain to its customers, not only saving it money, but helping it reduce its environmental impacts too.
Encirc’s pioneering manufacturing capability developments led to the development of the Encirc Academy. Encirc Academy members travel the world passing on their skills and knowledge to other glass companies to help them further improve operational efficiency and product quality. The Academy is now also the channel through which Encirc is investing in its own team members and further developing their skills and knowledge, helping them to progress in their own careers, while ensuring Encirc continues to reduce its environmental impact and provide customers with the best quality products and services.
