Liberty Information Technology plays a vital role in its global operations and offers a wide range of information technology services.

What Liberty Information Technology did

Liberty Information Technology places significant focus on ensuring workplace excellence for its employees and is ranked among the Top 50 places to work in both the UK and Ireland by the Great Place to Work Institute. Liberty Information Technology has invested both time and money into a wide ranging programme of events, initiatives and ongoing support its employee’s health and wellbeing. There is a proactive approach within the company to enhance both the wellbeing and work/life balance of everyone who works there.

The IT firm’s Health and Wellbeing committee, founded in 2014 and branded as ‘LIT Balance’, seeks feedback from all employees on a regular basis to assess the impact of initiatives and garner new ideas and ways to promote health and wellbeing in both of its offices – Belfast and Dublin. The committee has a significant budget for all health and wellbeing initiatives and has the autonomy to allocate that budget to the most appropriate initiatives throughout the year.
