Liberty Information Technology has invested both time and money into a wide ranging programme of events, initiatives and ongoing support its employee’s health and wellbeing. There is a proactive approach within the company to enhance both the wellbeing and work/life balance of everyone who works there.

The IT firm’s Health and Wellbeing committee, founded in 2014 and branded as ‘LIT Balance’, seeks feedback from all employees on a regular basis to assess the impact of initiatives and garner new ideas and ways to promote health and wellbeing in both of its offices – Belfast and Dublin.
