What Pinsent Masons did

Leadership for responsible business activities comes from the top of the organisation, and is led by the Senior Partner, who also sponsors the organisation’s gender diversity initiative, Project Sky, and the Managing Partner sponsors the Diversity Steering Group.

Responsible business progress is discussed and managed regularly by the Head of Responsible Business, with connections to Heads of Regions and disseminated to Responsible Business Relationship Managers and Committees. Ideas are shared across team via the intranet.

Activities include: Diversity Week; Wellbeing Week; Volunteers Week, and regular communication comes via emails, newsletters, intranet and social media.
