The organisation developed PEP – a People Engagement Plan – with the objectives of fostering an understanding of corporate and individual objectives; encouraging personal and professional development; developing and hosting a series of employee health and wellbeing events; promoting a TRIM culture (Trust, Respect, Integrity and Mutual understanding; and encouraging staff commitment.
Activities include: bespoke Performance Development Review, training courses, health and wellbeing initiatives, invested in future talent through work placements and graduate programmes, health challenges, volunteering, development of a training and development forum, etc.
SHS Group realises that its people are its most important asset, and it acknowledges that their combined individual contributions are the cornerstone of its success.
SHS Group has branded its responsible business activity and communicates through a range of media – events, newsletters and intranet. It also regularly monitors and evaluates activities.
