Meeting the surge in demand
Sky is making sure it can handle the surge in demand for broadband by testing, monitoring and improving its network day and night. It has made calls to UK landlines free for its customers until the end of April and have added a 10GB data boost to make sure customers can stay in touch and get the information they need when they need it.
It’s not all about work though. solation is tough for everyone and entertainment at home when we’re not working will be a huge part of daily life for adults and children alike. Because going out to the cinema may not be possible for a while, Sky is bringing the cinema to its customers, by making a range of movies available in their homes, on the same day as the global premieres.
No charge for Sky Sports
Many pubs and venues across the UK who rely on showing live sport in a social environment to attract customers and revenue are facing challenging times. Sky has given them one less thing to worry about by not charging its business customers for its Sky Sports service until a live sports schedule returns.
