Her leadership was instrumental in the development and implementation of the company’s ESG Strategy, ensuring sustainability and social value remain at the heart of the business.
Nuala was proud and honoured to collect the 2025 prestigious BITC George Dawson Award in recognition of her outstanding contribution and leadership in responsible Environmental practices.
Heron Bros became the first company in Northern Ireland to achieve Investors in People Platinum status. The company also remains committed to protecting the natural environment, achieving Platinum status in the Environmental Benchmarking Survey 2025.
