Talent Manager, Encirc
Kate is the Talent Manager at Encirc. She has been with Encirc for over five years, previously to that Kate worked for the past 15 years in a range of HR roles, mainly in manufacturing.
Currently Kate and her team are responsible for developing talent programmes, including Encirc’s Ignite early careers activities, to ensure that the company has a talent pipeline for the future needs.
In the last 12 months, she has taken on being the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion lead for the business, along with Encirc’s Employee Voice Groups/Committees to help Encirc on its journey for being an inclusive workplace for all, whereby everyone can bring the best version of themselves to the workplace.
Kate is really excited and honoured to be part of the panel to see the great work other workplaces have done in this space!
